John J Covas entered into real estate in 1993 and was inspired by an early fascination with the South Bay, instilled by frequent visits to the area. Now more than 17 years later, this mainstay in the business enjoys a respected reputation as an agent who has built success on strong relationships, service and knowledge.

Real estate always seemed the natural path for John. After 30 years working with major corporations, John dabbled in photography before realizing his true calling, residential sales and investments. His love of the many city's diverse architectural elements and the varied flavors of each distinct neighborhood niche continues to drive his intrigue and fuel his passion for his work.

Remembering the days when the South Bay was just starting to grow, John is proud to have witnessed, and felt part of, the area's transformation. While he sells properties all over the South Bay, he mainly focuses is on the beach market, his first love.
