I worked with several real estate professionals when I first moved  to CA.  I was becoming more and more frustrated because they  basically were making me do all the work.  They didn't seem to  care.  I had to meet them at addresses they sent me and I really  didn't know my way around town.  It was one dead end after another.   Then my Mom's banker recommended I get in contact with you!!  And  the rest is history.  You made looking for homes in a crazy bidding  war time fun and exciting.  You would pick me up or we would meet at  a coffee shop and off we would go to continue our search.  I am not  sure why we seemed to end up on a street with mobile homes so many  times but in spite of that, we found the best condo in a great  location for me.  You never gave up on me and my whining about how I  wanted to be in the best neighborhood and pay the least amount of  money!  Yes I was the Redondo Beach Princess but there never was a  time when we didn't laugh and joke about all of the terrible houses  we visited.  I found my "fixer upper condo" because you knew about  it before it even hit the multiple listings.  And the rest is  history. It is now my little gem in the sky (with an ocean view  too)!  You know how to work a deal better than anyone and I would  highly recommend you to anyone who wants to find a home and have fun  doing it.

 When our family moved back to Southern California, we decided to look in Manhattan Beach.   After falling in love with our beach community, we began to look for a home.  While John Covas showed our family several homes, all of which addressed our parameters, we also needed to ensure our children could attend the excellent public school in our neighborhood.  Once we determined the neighborhood school did not have space for one of our three children, we immediately set up a second house-hunting trip.  On our return visit, we could have moved into any 1 of the 5 great homes John showed our family.

 

John's professionalism and attention to detail, ensured our out-of-state move was seamless.  In our absence, he was able to ensure final details were addressed prior to our move-in.  Our family has relocated several times, yet we were always most impressed with the way John handled all aspects of our home purchase.  All the best~

My wife and came from China a few years ago and after looking for a home and working with many real estate agents we were ready to give up and just continue to rent.  Then we met John at an  open house - John took time to get to know us and he explained and gave examples of all our questions.  John never pushed us to make a decision - he was very considerate and let us feel safe.  We have given John to our friends because we know he will take good care of them as he did us and always keep our friends interest first - John never pushed us to make a choice - in fact he would not let us buy several homes because of the structure problems. I visit the USA once in a while - I came here to buy a home for investment purposes in Palos Verdes Estates with an ocean view and to live in it when in the USA. .
